These Specific Terms and Conditions shall apply to the service hqbrainfitness.com offered by Adstron B.V.. After registration and payment of the weekly subscription fee you have unlimited access to all HQ Brainfitness Games. Unsubscribe or discontinuation of the service can be done at any time. If you wish to unsubscribe from this service, text BRAINFITNESS STOP to 1256. The cost is €2.5/εβδομάδα including VAT and will be charged on a weekly basis on the telephone account of your telecom provider. The fee listed includes VAT applicable. Participation in HQ Brainfitness will be listed as a separate item on the invoice, or deducted from the credit of the prepaid calling card of the participant. If the subscription fee is paid by the purchased credit, then the participant has to ensure that there is sufficient credit on his prepaid calling card. The user of this service must be at least 16 years old. These specific conditions (including the Terms) may be modified or changed at any time. We encourage you to view the Specific Terms and Conditions from time to time Adstron B.V.. and its partners reserve the right to modify or suspend the special conditions at the end of the promotion, all in its sole discretion and without notice.
